Open Source Radar

Michael’s teaching and outreach approach has at its core open source software and hardware development. Too many excellent, even world-changing student projects remain in dusty notebooks. Computer vision algorithms can be applied to a wide variety of radar and radio science measurements. Michael is contributing to the forefront of software defined radar applications.
