Matlab R2018b Python array passing

Matlab R2018b added additional bidirectional N-dimensional array passing with Python, from Matlab. The mechanism used is Python memoryview, which transparently works with numerous array types used in remote sensing, data science, astronomy, etc. including Numpy.ndarray. Since Matlab R2014b, Matlab could transfer 1-D vectors with Python, but using memory copies which are slow for large amounts of data.

Matlab ≥ R2018b greatly speed up data transfer Matlab ↔ Python.
