Upon plugging USB power from the Aukey Quick Charge 3.0 charger into the Quick Charge 2.0 capable Blackberry Priv, a small fraction of a second is spent at 5 V input, while the Quick Charge 2.0 rate is negotiated. Starting from 20% charge, in less than 2 hours the Priv is completely charged. Battery charge of 20% -> 60% is achieved in 40 minutes.
The Blackberry Priv seems to want to always have an input of 9 volts, even when the battery is at 100%, and even if the charger is power cycled at 100% battery charge, the Priv likes 9 volt Quick Charge 2.0 input all the time.

The table below is approximate, with the display off. At 100% charge, the rate bounced between 0.02-0.2 amps as the phone pings Wifi, checks for email, etc. Most of the time, it was at about 50 mA.

The Keweisi USB power analyzer is an interesting device available for less than $10. It claims to be capable of measuring 3-9 volts at up to 3 amps. I used this device to measure the Quick Charge 2.0 performance of the Blackberry Priv. I was pleased with this device, but was unable to test > 10 volts since I don’t have a Quick Charge 3.0 device or a Quick Charge 2.0 device demanding more than 9 volts.
