Proposed HF TOA experiments

HF TOA direction finding experiments are a great way to get the radio ham (and SWL) public involved in radio research. AA6E is planning experiments are to start with single hop reception on the lower HF frequencies to help constrain the problem. We also are thinking about using signals with coding such as WWV.

K1JT (Nobel Laureate Joe Taylor, also of WSJT and WSPR fame) is banging out some Fortran over the holidays to give us an initial glance of what we need to do.
